I heard natural yoghurt (greek yoghurt) world but I don’t know if you eat it or rub it on the thrush.

A clove of garlic is supposed to help cure yeast infections. You peel it and insert it into your vagina and leave it overnight.
The link below has information about using garlic and other herbs as a natural treatment. I have also read suggestions that you take a needle & thread and add a tail to the garlic to help make it easier to remove.
