I went to the pool for about a week straight. and now my hair is EXTREMELY dry!
It even makes squeaking noises when it’s wet!
it’s horrible!!

any natural ways to cure this? and if possible, tell me where you got this information.

i do this every week:

put REAL mayo in your hair. wrap your head with plastic bag and then wrap a towel around it. Let it set for 15 mins… shampoo and condition.. it is amazing!! or you can heat some olive oil and do the same thing too… but becareful not making the oil too hot!!!!! 5 sec in the microwave.

Drink cranberry juice and lots of water. Also, buy ‘ural’ from a chemist ad drink with water. Have a salty bath….no soaps….

I would like to hear from women that have chosen natural methods to cure their ppd, i tried anti depressants and gave horrible side effects none worked for me.

Are you breastfeeding or taking other medication? If not, you can try St. John’s Wort, but it will transfer through breast milk and has been known to cause reactions to some medications.
Another think you can try is aromatherapy. For many people certain scents can induce a sense of well being or euphoria. For me it’s citrus, especially the smell of lemons. Try seeing if some place near you sells essential oils, or maybe some fragrant candles.

I have a bad headache in my forehead, right above my eyebrows. I heard if you cut a lime in half and rub it on your forehead, it will go away. But atm i dont have any limes. Haha, will a hotbath with a cold rag on my forehead work? What are some other natural cures?

Sit in a hot shower for about 15 minutes. That should clear it up if it’s sinus pressure related.
