Question by David: In the book Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You To Know About what is the cure for hypertension?
In the book Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You To Know About by Kevin Trudeau what is the natural cure for hypertension. I am 15 and my blood pressure is about 140/95 I don’t know if you need to know that. I want the natural cure form that book not any other book. Thank you.

Kevin Trudeau is an idiot.
Lower your salt intake and eliminate caffeine are both time honored remedies for high blood pressure but you are a child and probably have some other reason rather than crappy diet.
Since you know your blood pressure numbers while most 15 year olds don’t even know what a blood pressure is I would have to assume you have been to a doctor. What did they tell you about high blood pressure? Follow their advice.
I read some of Kevin Trudeaus’ books. Its the same crap you can find out for yourself on the internet if you care to look, and you can do it for nothing.,,,

    Your blood pressure is borderline high, so as of now you’re OK, but the problem is that the older you get the higher your blood pressure will get, so while now you don’t have to worry about it, eventually it’ll be something to be concerned about.

    Best home remedy is a spoonful of apple cider vinegar a day, and the usual.. no salt, no caffeine, no alcohol.

    Try everything possible before you start using pills. Use pills only if all else fails. Pills have a lot of negative side effects and should be taken only as a last resort.

    Also there is a device which teaches you how to breathe better, in a way it helps you breathe like a yogi and lowers your BP that way. It was developed by a medical doctor and has been proven in clinical studies to lower blood pressure, so that’s a really good method. It’s pricey though, about $290 or something. You do it every other day for a couple of months and the results can be permanent, so actually it’s worth it. It’s called resperate.

    Lastly, you should decrease junk food intake, it’s full of salt and other poisonous crap.
